Ingredients

  • 4 handfuls of roasted chana

  • 1 ½ handfuls of roasted pista

  • 4 handfuls of roasted makhanas

  • 1 handful of roasted peanuts

  • Amchur powder

  • Black salt

  • Dried, powdered curry leaves

Method

  • Add 1 tsp of ghee to a pan.

  • Add chana, pista, peanuts, makhanas, and roast them lightly.

  • Add amchur, black salt, and curry leaf powder, and saute.

  • Remove the mixture from the heat. Let it cool completely.

  • Store in an air-tight container for everyday use.
