Ingredients
4 handfuls of roasted chana
1 ½ handfuls of roasted pista
4 handfuls of roasted makhanas
1 handful of roasted peanuts
Amchur powder
Black salt
Dried, powdered curry leaves


Method
Add 1 tsp of ghee to a pan.
Add chana, pista, peanuts, makhanas, and roast them lightly.
Add amchur, black salt, and curry leaf powder, and saute.
Remove the mixture from the heat. Let it cool completely.
Store in an air-tight container for everyday use.
